Hansa Butchery & Smallgoods has been around since the 1930s, serving the very best meats, poultry and continental smallgoods to people and businesses across Melbourne.

Over the years we have earned a reputation for producing the highest quality products, while providing the best service in the industry and a product range that is unsurpassed. Our smallgoods are manufactured to traditional recipes, using the latest methods and techniques. These applications and processes place our products in a niche of their own, whilst catering to continental specialties in the Australian marketplace.

In 2006 and again in 2007 our products collected a total of three Silver Medals and ten Bronze Medals in the Deli Meat Competition of the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

Hansa Butchery offers a full range of beef, lamb, pork, veal, poultry, hams, sausages, specialty meats and cold cuts, and the constant experimentation by our team of smallgoods makers means that new and exciting products are constantly emerging.
